You are required to have an Airbnb account, as your property will be listed under your profile. However, our team will help you with that to ensure everything is done correctly. As for booking.com you don’t need a profile, your property will be listed under our sister company SpotApartments, which is coming soon.

Yes! depending on which services you take with us, we will provide cleaners and restock all the necessities in your property. Giving you complete peace of mind.
The guests pay the cleaning fee when they are booking your home on Airbnb and Booking.com. The fee as well as the booking total is paid directly into our company account, therefore at the end of every month we will send you an invoice stating the amount taken. If you elect to do the cleaning yourself, we will refund the cleaning fee into your bank account each month.
The cleaning fees that we set on your Airbnb and Booking.com listings are relatively standard across the properties already listed on the platforms and the properties we manage. This reflects the level of quality of services we provide to guests.
Yes, you will still have access to your listing at all times. We manage your profiles on both platforms by using our internal system. However, rest assured, you will be able to access all communication and bookings by logging into your account on Airbnb.
We can have you on the Airbnb and Booking.com platform within a few days, we encourage you to sign up early, so we can start working on creating your listing and achieving the best results.
You’ll receive payments directly into your bank account. We pay our clients on the 8th of every month from our company bank account. The payment you’ll receive will reflect the management fees charged by us and all other deductions, i.e Booking.com/Airbnb fees.
